VirtualMedix is designed to minimise access to health information, enforce account-level authorisation and keep private media outside the public web directory.

Clinical information

Patient-provided health information is processed only for the services requested and governed by applicable consent, clinical and privacy controls.

Security

VirtualMedix uses encrypted transport, protected sessions, role-based access, audit logging and restricted private media storage. Security reports can be sent to virtualmedix@cloud10.ng.
